DESCRIPTION:The North Portland Neighborhood Bike Fair at Peninsula 
 Elementary is a free\, all-ages community event hosted by the Portland 
 Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). Activities are FREE and there’s something
  for everyone\, including:\n\nLearn to ride lessons for kids and 
 adults\n\nBike skills course to practice safe riding\n\nFree Quick-fix 
 Bike Repair to make sure your bike is rolling smoothly and 
 safely\n\nGuided community ride: a low-stress 1-2 mile ride to practice 
 biking on city streets\n\nFree helmet distribution and helmet fitting to 
 make sure you're protected\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own
  bikes. There will be bikes of various sizes available for children and 
 adults to borrow for the Learn to Ride lessons.\n\nThis event is hosted in
  partnership with Peninsula Elementary PTA and Community Cycling 
 Center.\nMade possible with support from Metro and the Federal Transit
