 too !\n\nBike Ride to a ribbon cutting with a street closure from 1-2pm 
 then continue to Cathedral Park Beach for a party supported by PopCartPDX 
 and lifeguards.\n\nDress like a dragon and bring loud music for the 
 ride.\n\nFollowing the 1:00 PM ribbon cutting\, attendees are invited to 
 join a festive community parade to Cathedral Park Beach for a celebratory 
 swim at 2:00 PM\, honoring the community’s deep connection to the 
 Willamette River and celebrating Human Access Project’s recently completed
  $50\,000 boom line installation protecting the Cathedral Park Swimming 
 Dock from large floating river debris.\nMeet at 12:00 noon ride at
