DESCRIPTION:Thursday nights. Hard start at 8:05 PM. It's almost the 
 weekend\, so let's ride bikes. We roll from and return to Columbia Park 
 (meet in front of the pool) for an hour-ish ramble through North Portland 
 and beyond. No agenda beyond riding bikes with good people on a summer 
 evening. Expect roughly 10 miles at a conversation-friendly pace (~10 
 mph). We usually stop briefly along the way for snacks\, stretching\, 
 admiring a weird tree\, taking in a panoramic view\, or whatever else 
 seems important at the time. This is a no-drop ride. Basket bikes\, ATBs\,
  all-road bikes\, cruisers\, "gravel" bikes\, fancy bikes\, old bikes\, 
 rusty bikes\, whatever. If it can comfortably cruise at ~10 mph for an 
 hour\, it's welcome. Bring:
-Front and rear lights (required)
-Snacks if 
 you'd like
-water or optional beverage\, maximum vibes. Meet: 8:00 PM
