DESCRIPTION:PolaCon\, the instant film festival\, is coming to Portland 
 the weekend of August 7-9. PolaCon promises a full weekend of Instant 
 PhotoWalks/Bike\, Workshops\, Demos\, Artist talks and More! As part of 
 the celebration\, we are putting on a mellow pace loop around the central 
 city\, hitting up several good spots to take pictures. All cameras and 
 bicycles welcome!\n\nDetails and route TBA\, but we will have a few spots
