DESCRIPTION:This ride will be celebrating the culinary masterpiece that is
  Pupusas--a traditional Salvadoran dish. \n\nWe will be making 3 stops 
 starting with Doña Carmen Pupuseria (a new spot that has only been open 
 for about 2 months)\, then making our way to Bicho's PDX\, and ending at 
 Salvi PDX.\n\nAll are welcome to participate just know that this is a ride
  that will be SALVI LED\, SALVI-CENTERED\, AND SALVI CELEBRATED. All 
 wheels welcome\, no drop ride (no one is left behind).\n\nWe will be 
 sticking to 8-10 mph pace throughout the entire ride to make this as 
 accessible as possible. 9.2 miles with an elevation gain of 236 ft.
