DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the flavors of Italia at the Pasta 
 Ride!\n\nMeet at Laurelhurst Park at 5pm (Picnic Table F) for the first 
 course: a casual antipasti and social hour. Riders are welcome to bring 
 something light to share for this round - bread\, olives\, artichokes\, 
 sun dried tomatoes\, roasted red peppers\, bruschetta\, fruit or anything 
 you'd serve before a big Italian dinner. \n\nAt 6pm\, we'll roll out for a
  leisurely no-drop ride just in time for sunset and the main course: a 
 family style potluck pasta dinner! Bring your favorite Italian dish to 
 share\; spaghetti with marinara\, pasta primavera\, pesto pappardelle\, 
 ravioli al funghi\, lentil bolognese\, stuffed manicotti to get your mind 
 and appetite going. The ride leaders are vegan so count on a few plant-
 based options being available but omnivore dishes also welcome!\n\nLate 
 summer harvests of tomatoes\, zucchini\, eggplant\, green beans and basil 
 go great in pasta. Mushrooms\, squash\, bell peppers and kale also go 
 great in pasta. Pretty much anything goes with pasta. \n\nBring your own 
 plate/bowl/cup/utensils and a dish to share. Good food\, good company\, 
 good vibes guaranteed. \n\nThis is a no drop ride that follows the Shift
