 is a large\, bright moon that comes up 2 hours before sunset. So instead 
 of rolling on the full moon\, we're doing the Waxing Gibbous. Protesting 
 car dominance. Protesting oil wars.  Protesting freeway expansion.  And 
 having a good time! Past Tire and crew have been leading full moon rides
