 bike in all weather conditions! \n\nWe will cover the following 
 topics:\n\n- Dressing for comfort: how to manage staying dry and 
 comfortable in wet and cold conditions\n- Visibility: the best ways to see
  & be seen while riding in dark and wet weather\n- Riding technique: bike 
 handling tips for slippery\, gritty\, and other hazardous conditions\n- 
 Traffic: avoiding traffic by using lower-traffic streets - get familiar 
 with Portlandbikemap.com\n- Winter Bike Maintenance: Try this 5 minute 
 tune-up to keep your bike riding smoothly throughout the winter\n\nWe will
  have some free swag\, and a prize giveaway at the end of the workshop.
