 Knauls\, Leonard Smith\, Ed Washington and Toni Linne on this bike tour of
  N Portland's history.\nWe'll discuss urban renewal\, work in the Kaiser 
 shipyards during WWII\, displacement of black Portlanders from Lower 
 Albina\, the Vanport flood\, and white flight and drug violence in the 
 80s.\nA slow paced ride\, ending at 5:30 in inner N Portland.\nWe have a 
 lot to cover so we'll leave on time at 2:00 pm.\nThe ride departs at 2:00 
 pm so plan to arrive at 1:45. We'll post a route map you can look at if 
 you get there late and we're
