DESCRIPTION:Come brave one of Portland's longest diagonal streets!  After 
 leaving the park\, we will head to our starting point:  SE 7th and 
 Washington.  We'll ride Sandy Blvd for almost 6 miles until we'll empty 
 out at Better Bargains Thrift Store (where the diagonal shifts).  There 
 will be a pit stop for folks to rummage through the heaps of ironic 
 flannel before screaming back down the previous 6 miles.  Since the sun 
 may set during the ride\, PLEASE BRING LIGHTS!  Helmets strongly 
 encouraged (riders with both lights & helmet get a free cookie!).  Brief 
 detour and photo-op on the way home :)\nmeet at 6:45 pm\, ride leaves
