 Bike lights? What are my rights when I'm stopped by the police? What do I 
 do when the police ask to search my bag?\n\nJoin Portland Copwatch and 
 Attorney Mark Ginsberg for an information session addressing bicycle 
 traffic law in Portland\, and basic rights to know for being stopped by\, 
 harmed by\, or when observing the police. Specific questions are welcomed.
  We expect to go for about 90 minutes.\n\nPlease email ahead of time\, as 
 we want to limit the session to a manageable 15 participants:
