DESCRIPTION:Help the City conduct the annual Summer Bike 
 Counts.\n\nPortland collects some of the best data on bicycle use in the 
 country and it's all because of the tremendous support we get from 
 volunteers. Volunteering fun! It requires only two hours of your time and 
 the information you collectively provide us is invaluable.\n\nAll new 
 volunteers must attend a training. It involves pizza and soda\, is 
 informative and fun and is mandatory if you haven't counted
