DESCRIPTION:Contestants will race around PDX\, checking in at various pre-
 determined locations by associating a wifi (802.11b/g) device with pre-
 setup access points. Contestants shall receive points based on what order 
 they reach said APs. But wait! There's more! Contestants shall also be 
 able to improve scores by skipping up to two of the checkpoints in the 
 race. They will be docked points for skipping an AP\, but their new 
 improved place in line will garner them more points as they traverse the
