DESCRIPTION:Two Portland Bicycle and Tricycle advocates ventured from 
 Portland to Southern Chile by public transit and learned many lessons from
  our bikey brothers and sisters to the south.  We met bike activists\, 
 politicians\, and tricycle vendors along the way.  We will share photos 
 and stories of latin american Sunday Parkways\, bike fun movements\, 
 tricycles\, and bike sharing systems!\n\nDid you know that Guadalajara\, 
 Mexico has a Bike Fun movement that is arguably more robust than
