 province of Russian nobility during the pre-Revolutionary era.  After the 
 disposal of bourgeoisie customs in the hectic months following the October
  revolution\, demo derby was not seen for decades until resurfacing in the
  American heartland.  \nCome participate in this ancient and revered 
 sporting event at Washington High School.  Rules will be announced prior
