DESCRIPTION:Ride for an hour or so Wednesday morning.  Moderate paced no 
 drop.  We usually but not always find ourselves riding up hills in which 
 case regroup at the top.\n\nMeet at Tiny's coffee around 6:30\, ride 
 leaves at 7:03  \n\nWe try to get you to work on time if you work at 9am 
 or so.  If you're downtown 8am is do-able.\n\nBring a bike map of 
 portland.  No cue sheets or maps
