 second-lowest apartment vacancy rate in the country. But thanks to bikes\,
  things are about to get better: in the next two years\, hundreds of new 
 apartments designed for middle-class\, low-car families will be opening up
  in the central city\, hopefully helping keep rents under control for all 
 of us. Michael Andersen and Zef Wagner will lead a ride to the awesomest
