DESCRIPTION:Over the past 150 years people have had lots of ideas for 
 Portland. Some of them got built. Some of them didn't. Come take a tour of
  the latter. \nWe'll visit a fake pioneer village\, a motorcross course\, 
 a mega-block-city-hall\, parks\, riverfront marshes\, freeways (one-way\, 
 underground and capped) and a stadium that all don't exist. Are we better 
 off for it? You be the judge.\nThis will be an easy-paced ride with many 
 stops. \nIt'll take about 3 hours\, with a stop for water and a bathroom 
 if it seems like we need it. Informative handout will be handed
