DESCRIPTION:Bring your costume!\nIn 2012\, 4 women\, as part of the 
 anonymous art collective Pussy Riot\, were arrested in Moscow for a 1-
 minute performance inside the Cathedral of Christ Savior. Their song 
 "Banish Putin" upset the cozy relationship between the Church and State 
 and a harsh punishment was given. Of the four\, two are currently serving 
 2 years in a labor camp for "hooliganism". In solidarity\, we tour 
 Portland’s Russian neighborhoods with costumes\, Russian Punk and chants.
