DESCRIPTION:We will start at CrossFit Stumptown in SE Portland where Cross
  Fit Coach\, Casey McFeron\, will lead us with a warm up. Next stop is at 
 Whole Foods for a short store tour with Nutritional Therapy Practitioner\,
  Kris Cartwright\, who will talk about one of the most important things to
  add to your diet. We will then travel Southbound to eFit Gym where 
 Stephanie King (eFit gym owner) will lead some exercises for us. Along the
  route we will be stopping at a couple of parks and Casey will show us 
 Cross Fit Drills. Finally\, we will end at 2BWell Health Clinic in 
 downtown Portland on 3rd and
