 Chapter for a scavenger hunt to find some of the great places in 
 Portland's bike\, transit\, pedestrian\, and motoring history! Teams of up
  to four people will receive a list of clues at the start point. Decipher 
 the clues and bike to each location! The winning team will receive a few 
 transportation-related prizes with varying degrees of historical 
 significance!Bring a smartphone\, because you'll be texting pictures of 
 yourselves at each location and sending them to the scorekeeper. The team
