DESCRIPTION:Let's meet at the Wishing Tree!  We'll make our wishes and 
 then head on to interact with art made by neighbors around NE and SE 
 Portland\, adding a little of our own along the way.  Get creative\, bring
  an idea or props for your own impromptu installation or performance 
 piece.  We'll be bringing rubber duckies to hitch to curbside horse rings 
 and magnetic poetry to place at biking hot spots.  Think outside the box 
 and join in on the fun that makes Portland awesome!We'll be making a stop 
 at a food cart pod to fuel our creative processes\, so bring some funds or
