 owl oglers\, Sasquatch scouts\, mt. bike mobbers\, and the inevitable pine
  cone enthusiast! Bark wants you to know that the NW Forest Plan (It 
 protects old-growth forests\, spotted owls\, and watersheds from CA to 
 WA)is up for revision\, and could be dismantled unless the public takes to
