DESCRIPTION:Let's start off by going to Forest Park and meet at the trail 
 head of Leif Erikson at the end of NW Thurman street.This a great 
 introductory trail with no technical twists or turns. The path way is WIDE
  and is mostly flat with only slight inclines. I believe the whole route 
 is around 22 miles (11 in and then back). We can take it as it comes and 
 see where people are at.It is forested and can be muddy\, which is f-u-
 n!Recommended: camel back\, extra tube\, pump\, helmet\, snack\, etc. (for
