 and better bicycle facilities. Group ride on streets surrounding City Hall
  from 8:00-8:30am. Rally in front of City Hall from 8:30-9:15. At 9:15 we 
 will march into City Hall as 4 bicycle activists\, from both BikeLoudPDX 
 and Bike PSU\, are signed up to speak in front of the mayor and 5 council
