  freedom. Dancing and bikes go hand in hand. Join us for this downtown 
 dance party with a spiritual edge. This outdoor\, mobile dance party will 
 have us consciously uplifting public spaces\, drawing community together\,
  and inspiring collaborative action and joy. Hosted by UpliftPDX.This 
 under <4-mile ride will start at Laurelhurst and end at MultCo Bike Faire.
