 This is a distance challenge\, NOT speed.  Let's not cause a huge ebike 
 drama careening into peds\, skaters\, and trees.  This is just an 
 informal\, not-a-whole-lot-of-rules thing to get the conversations and 
 connections going for bragging rights this year\, and more formal deal 
 next year.  Mostly this is just to enjoy the rest of Sunday Parkways with
