DESCRIPTION:The Monday Night Bike Race Series kicks into high gear 
 Monday\, April 11\, at Portland International Raceway. Separate categories
  for beginners and advanced cyclists offered for racing on a flat\, 
 closed\, car-free circuit. (Monday nights\, April 11  August 29\, no 
 racing July 4). Entry Fee is $15.00. An Oregon Bicycle Racing Association 
 (OBRA) license is required to race and is $5 (single-day) or $30 (annual).
