DESCRIPTION:Last offered in 2011\, the tour of solar homes by bicycle is 
 back for Pedalpalooza 2016! We will ride around SE Portland getting a 
 street view of a variety of solar panel installations. The tour will take 
 a detailed\, close-up look at a solar electric installation as well as one
  for solar water heating. As a bonus\, we'll see an inexpensive homebrew 
 solar system designed to provide 120-volt AC power in the event of a PGE
