DESCRIPTION:This is our big one for Pedalpalooza 2016!\nBikeLoudPDX 
 presents: jazz\, flowers\, veils and coffins: we're memorializing 
 Portland's traffic deaths Big Easy style.\n\nRoad fatalities in Oregon 
 have increased a whopping 42% *in two years*. We're holding a 
 rally/funeral procession/protest ride in memorial of the dead\, and to 
 raise awareness of this state-wide crisis.\n\nStarts with a march through 
 downtown (so invite your non-cyclist friends) then continues with a ride. 
 Dressing up in your "second line funeral" best (or whatever makes you 
 think of New Orleans and/or funerals) in encouraged\, but not required\;
