DESCRIPTION:We will ride around Portland and read poems as a positive and 
 supportive audience.  \n\nNegative and critical energy not allowed.  Good 
 and bad work alike will be welcomed.  We will make a series of stops\, and
  if you are so moved as to present a poem\, please do.  A commitment to 
 serious frivolity is suggested.  \n\nLimit one poem per person per stop.  
 You are allowed to recite at multiple stops\, but there is a global limit 
 of one Vogon poem for the entire ride.  Bongos not
