DESCRIPTION:Mount Tabor has many access points. The SE 60's bikeway is 
 community supported but has not yet been funded. Starting at Harney City 
 Park in South Portland we will ride the future route\, highlighting school
  access\, Foster Rd\, the New South Park entrance\, the eastern edge of 
 Mount Tabor\, then finish north of the mountain at the NE 60th MAX 
 station. (For those interested\, the "Kerns connection" will continue west
  to Oregon Park.)  A geeky ride with some steep slopes\, children may
