DESCRIPTION:Jazz\, flowers\, veils and coffins: we're memorializing 
 Portland and Oregon traffic deaths Big Easy style.\n\nFor the talk of 
 Vision Zero\, the hard truth is that hundreds of Oregonians and dozens of 
 Portlanders continue to die on our roads every year. This rally 'n' ride 
 event is for all who find this unacceptable!\n\nStarts with a march 
 through downtown (so invite your non-cyclist friends) then continues with 
 a short rally followed by a bike ride. Dressing up in your "second line 
 funeral" best is encouraged\, but not required. Feel free to come as you 
 are\, but if you dress up\, you'll be all ready for Dropout Prom.\n\n*A
