DESCRIPTION:Ever pass by one of the distinctive new luxury apartment 
 buildings in Portland and wonder what it's like inside? This 3.1 mile easy
  ride will tour the inside of 4 architecturally interesting buildings in 
 NW and the inner east side. We end with an optional soak at Knot Springs\,
  the hot springs/spa in YARD on the east end of the Burnside Bridge.  If 
 you're doing the optional soak please bring a bathing suit and a means of 
 paying $55 per person to the spa. Knot Springs provides towels\, flip-
 flops and soap/shampoo. Otherwise the ride is free. This ride starts in 
 the Pearl and ends in the inner east side. I recommend eating lunch 
 beforehand and bringing snacks/water. Meet inside the NV Apartments at
