Pranayama breathing starts at 7:30PM
Well start at the studio then ride around SE, stopping at spots along the way to playfully practice the Bikram beginners yoga series. This combination of breathing exercises and yoga postures are simple and therapeutic. Come for the whole series to experience your practice in the summer warmth, or for any portion to share the yoga love. BYO mat or blanket.
