June 7-17 ride to the coast to harvest salt

June 7-17. Three days to bike out, two days to bike back. Harvest salt and enjoy the coast in the middle. Meet time changed to 12pm, ride leaves at 12:20pm sharp.

BIKE TO THE COAST. HARVEST SALT. BIKE BACK. Bring enough food or cash for a 10-day bike trip. We will go the pace of the slowest rider. We're taking the scenic route. Three days to bike out, spend a few days at the coast, bonfire at the end to evaporate the water from the salt, two or three days to bike back, depending on what route we want to take. First night camp at Champoeg State Park hike & bike. If we're lucky, their blackberries will be ripe. BEGINNERS ENCOURAGED. Never done a bike tour before? That's fine! We have years of experience and can show you the ropes. Call or text if you have questions! Update: running late! will stop at steel bridge at 12:30. call/text ok! There is probably also a vegan fast ride leaving in a couple days.
