End location: TNR / Salmon Street Springs/Fountain
Join us for our second ever Pony Ride, hosted by the Vegan Bike Club. This is a slow paced bike ride that will be about 5-8miles long that ends at the Salmon St Fountain in time for TNR. For July we plan to hit some spots in NE. We will start by getting some food at the food carts at Shady Pines. Please arrive on time or early if you plan to get food so we don't have to push back the leave time too much. Meet at Shady pines at 3:30, leave at 4:30. Then unless I add more stops or change the route, (could happen!) I plan to saunter through Alameda, and work our way toward Skidmore, then a store stop before heading down toward the Salmon St Fountain to catch Thursday Night Ride before they leave. Bring a horse or 20, or whatever you want to attach to the horse rings. Its best if you can have something already attached to the horse to make attaching to the rings faster but I'll bring some strings and coat hangers if anyone needs something last minute to attach with. Please attempt to bring drinks or snacks, or whatever else you will need during the ride, but we will have a store stop before we go to TNR to refill for anyone who needs that. Please don't ride a horse. Please try your best to only eat vegan food while on the ride.
