Join PBOT's North Portland in Motion team on a biking tour of the inner-peninsula neighborhoods of Kenton, Arbor Lodge, and Overlook. During this ride, you'll have a chance to learn about the ongoing North Portland in Motion plan - which kicked off in the summer of 2021 and is focused on improving access to important community destinations and supporting more walking and biking throughout the North Portland peninsula. This ride will focus on new project ideas specific to the 'inner-peninsula' neighborhoods of the project study area, including new Neighborhood Greenway routes, better connections to schools and parks, safer connections over I-5, and opportunities for improvements on the area's busier streets. We will meet in at the base of the Paul Bunyan statue in Kenton, across from the MAX station. The ride will be 6 mile loop and will end at Kenton Park. This is an all-ages-friendly, "no-drop" ride.
