Join Portland's Bicycle Advisory Committee for their monthly ride. This one tours the area of the city's developing Lower SE Rising Plan. Come ride the area, hear from city staff and end for lunch at the Portland Mercado. Tell City staff what improvements to biking you'd like to see in this area. Want to talk policy. We can do that. Want to talk about design. We can do that, too. Want to just take a pleasant ride. That, too.
