    What Would Santa Demand? Christmas resched to last Friday in June? Public floggings of convicted bike thieves? Or maybe rename the City to Santaland? Whatever it is you think Santa desires, come dressed to impress, with a message on a home-made sign. Speech, free. But, please no overtly political speech against anyone named Sam. That'll cost AT LEAST 50 clams, the fine for disturbing the peace. Then, roll Downtown aimlessly, until group consensus finds Vic Alonzo's Cadillac Hummer, or one of the City's finest gentlemen's club, whichever's 1st.
