Really early-morning ride to Kelley Point Park to catch that beautiful, beautiful sunrise! Riding to this park in 2020 was one of the first things I did in my cycling career in Portland, so it's a very special ride for me. This is one of the best (non-mountain) spots in PDX to watch the sun rise. We'll leave at 5am on the dot, in order to watch the sun rise at around 6:00. We'll reach the Expo Center at about 5:30, if anybody would rather meet us there (at the end of the yellow MAX line) than bike the whole thing. The ride is 11 miles from the Rose Quarter TC, and 5 miles from the Expo Center. After watching the sunrise, we'll ride back to the Expo Center to disperse. See you there bright and early!
