    PopCartPDX mobile night for Portland Winter Light Festival! This is NOT a ride. We always have the option of going mobile at any time *Free stickers. Deck out your bike, board, or scooter in lights. Come show off your lit ride for a gathering near the Salmon Fountain, where the Spirit docks. *If pouring we will be under Hawthorne 6pm Meet PopCartPDX Plans to start on the west side of the river and slowly migrate to the east side. This will not be much of a bike ride, but rather a gathering of bikes and lights to dance. *LOCK YOUR BIKE UP
