Meet at 7:30pm, ride at sunset.
Join us for a lighthearted protest against oil dependency, a celebration of human-powered transportation, body positivity, and safe streets. Come as bare as you dare - clothing is optional. Ride meets at 7:30 and leaves at 8:34. Start location to be unveiled at a later date. August 12 is at the height of the Perseid Meteor Shower; one of the brightest celestial events of the year. Celestial events open our eyes and gives context to our place in the Universe, reshaping how we see the world. What better time to protest the ways in which we are bound by oil and reject the systems that encourage people to hide? VOLUNTEER WITH US - we need help with merch sales before the ride, ride leaders, corkers, mechanics, medics, and litter cleanup to name a few.
