You know the deal. PopCartPDX is Portland’s bike pulled dj booth. 3 -5 mi slow ride from Taylor Electric to Blumenauer bridge. We will dance. We will ride. Special pop up performances from different artists at the bridge and at the start. If everyone wants to roll over near bike prom we can too.
