    Got a pelvic pain condition (such as PFD, endometriosis, IC or other conditions) and want to meet other cyclists who have them? Want to learn more about biking and how it relates to your pelvic floor muscles? Join us for an easy, no drop ride (around 4 miles) and picnic to meet other folks with pelvic pain conditions and create some community. This event is for anyone regardless of gender expression or identity who has chronic pelvic pain and their families/partners —kids welcome, but as there will talk of common issues people with pelvic pain experience, be mindful of that.
