Hey there, all you beautiful multi- cultural, ethnic, and racial identifying family! This is for all those who hold complex identities from our diverse family heritage. So let's meet up and celebrate the longest day of the year to share food, experiences, play, and ride! Gather for a ride to a potluck picnic! As the sun begins its descent, we'll ride in the warm hues of twilight and try to catch the pacific chorus frogs. Well find a place on the waterfront to hang out as the sunsets! What to bring: Food for potluck, Drums, instruments, speakers, fire toys, hula hoops, and string lights are all highly recommended! This route will be accessible for trailers, narrow tires, and pets in tow (reach out if you have questions). This ride is all about embracing our multiracial backgrounds, connecting with one another, and celebrating our unique stories. It's a chance to honor the strength and resilience that come from navigating the world with multiple identities. Are you white chocolate, caramel cream, brown sugar? This gathering is open to all mixed folx, whether you're heavier on the cream or the full coffee bean, your identity and experience is what is the most important. **This ride is open to all BIPoC folx, but centers the mixed experience. We also welcome partners of mixed participants to share the space with the folx they love. We do ask that individuals hold themselves responsible for the intent of this communal space by practicing cultural humility.**
