We will ride. I will bring a prompt to help us get into the creative flow. Then let's fill our senses with the wind, the trees, the colors, the feeling of our legs spinning and our hearts pounding as we climb to Mt. Tabor along the Lincoln Street bike route. This 4-mile challenging ride may be just the thing to silence your inner critic! We will write. We will round off our time together sitting in the late afternoon glow, feeling the rush of emotions and physical sensations pulse through our bodies after our strenuous climb.
