Meet at 7, ride 7:30ish
Flume is an Australian DJ, music producer, and now a Pedalpalooza ride theme. If you were with us last year, welcome back! For newcomers this will be a fun social ride where we explore the city and listen to Flume (and friends). This year we are opening the music selection up to Flume-adjacent artists. That will include, but is not limited to: Alison Wonderland, Bonobo, Emancipator, Imanu, Odesza, Pluko, Quiet Bison... You get the idea. Flume calls it future bass. Spotify calls it vapor twitch. My Dad calls it beep-bop. Last years route was kind of long for a social ride (around 15 miles). The weather was nice, so we went for it, and feedback was generally positive. If the weather is nice again we will ride a fair distance. If it's not as nice we will shorten it up. There will be at least one park stop and one store stop along the route. All bikes are welcome. Be kind to fellow riders. There is zero tolerance for harassment/abuse. * This is the "Friday Night Ride at LADDS" for this week.
