Meet at 5:15, get slurpees, start rolling out at 5:30. New volunteer orientation 6pm, volunteer night 7-9pm
End location: Bikes for Humanity PDX, back parking lot 3366 SE Powell Blvd.
OK there's a few things going on here: 1) Our monthly new-volunteer orientation is the first Tuesday of the month. That was the 4th of July so we did not have it. It will be 6pm at our space on Powell! 2) This day is 7/11--that sacred(ish) day when a small Slurpee is free. We will meet at the 7-11 on Hawthorne at 5:15 to drink slurpees and then roll to Ladd's Circle around 5:30 and going to to Clinton->33rd. The 7-11 on Cesar Chavez/Division is closer to b4h but not as chill to hang out at. 3) Our volunteer night (7-9pm) will be devoted to going through our used/NOS tires, bundling ones deemed no longer road worthy for delivery to Les Schwab, giving away as many as we can, and selling some for cheap. We have too many tires! We want to get tires to the people! And no longer trip over them as we try to fix bikes. Ok thank you!
