****Edit Sunday morning: this skate/ride is still on! We're delaying the roll out time until 7pm, so meet at 6:30. The route is relatively shady and we'll have lots of stops. Start hydrating now!**** A city skate/bike ride with stops to roller disco! Music will be classic disco. Disco outfits encouraged! This ride is welcome to all wheels: roller skates, inlines, bikes, skateboards, EUCs, etc. but is skater-led. Route info: The 9-mile route is designed with roller skaters in mind! Roads will be relatively smooth, and there will be some small hills, but the route is generally flat. There will be announcements when skaters need to know about a potential hazard, and we'll assist each other if needed. Plus there will be 3-4 stops to disco or rest. You should be comfortable in your skates, and ready to skate in neighborhoods at a slow jogging pace. Skill level: intermediate-beginner.
